A hydraulic cylinder or an electro-mechanical device drives the Type-C Cutter which is fabricated from stainless steel, guaranteeing you a product that will last for years. The cutter features rounded corners and is available in various slopes and sizes, depending on the material characteristics and flow rate. The hardened cutter lips are easily adjustable and can be replaced if necessary. The baffle plate continuously seals the extracted sample from the material flow, thus preventing contamination.
In addition, to maintain the accuracy of the sample, all surfaces that contact the sample are fabricated from or lined with stainless steel. The doors in the housing are gasketed and provide easy access for maintenance and inspections.
